This is such a great dessert and the kids love it! It's also great way of using up over ripe bananas. It's really easy and pretty healthy too!
What you need:
Bananas - the more over ripe the better!
Dollop of coconut oil
Drizzle of maple syrup
Dollop of greek yoghurt
What you do:
Melt a decent knob of coconut oil in a pan and add sliced banana and fry until the bananas are going squidgy and brown. Add a dash of maple syrup and fry for a couple of minutes more. Serve with greek yoghurt. So quick and so delicious!
