One ingredient banana ice cream!

I first discovered this in Deliciously Ella's first ever recipe book -- and I think it's absolutely GENIUS. A great way of using up mouldy bananas, super healthy (literally only one ingredient) and the kids love it! 

What you need: 

- Bananas that are over ripe/going off

What you do: 

Peel them and put them in the freezer in a bag. Take them out when you are ready to use them, let them thaw a little and then blend them up until they form an ice cream. That's it! Enjoy! 

Tip: 

- Serve with fresh fruit such as raspberries

- Serve in a cone to jazz it up for kids
