I have just discovered these new noodle broths by Itsu, they are absolutely delicious! Perfect for lunch on the go as all you do is add boiling water... and there is no washing up to do, yay! For extra flavour try adding chilli oil, garlic oil or toasted sesame oil, or all three! Plus a sprinkle of coriander possibly! Available from Tesco or Waitrose for £1.75 a pot.
