Hi there, thanks for visiting my site. Just to let you know that you can place orders as usual, but due to the virus situation please allow up to three weeks for them to arrive. Please only contact me after this time frame if your parcel still hasn't arrived. Please also note that I will getting more joggers in 3-4 weeks. Delivery & Returns


PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CORONA VIRUS DELIVERY IS TAKING UP TO THREE WEEKS TO ARRIVE. If your parcel hasn't arrived after this time then please contact me: lucy@lucydodwell.com. 

Delivery rates are calculated by weight. Hoodies, joggers & sweats etc are around £3.99 and larger orders are more. International shipping is £12.

In normal (non Covid times), I try to send out orders as quickly as I can, and they should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Although during busy periods there may be a longer wait of 1-3 weeks as my small business is just me! :-)


I really hope that your order arrives safely, but in the event of any products being faulty or incorrect, please contact me at: lucy@lucydodwell.com with a photograph of the problem and let me know if you would like to be refunded or sent a replacement (free or charge). 

If you have changed your mind then no problem, just please return the product, unworn and in it's original packaging, within 28 days, to this address:

Please also include a little note with your name on (even if you have messaged me) as I am processing 100's of orders & returns on a weekly basis and won't automatically remember if you messaged me! Thanks. 


PLEASE NOTE that at present I can't do exchanges. You will be refunded in total if you return your item, then if you would like another size, please could you order again from my site.

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of posting as if the parcel goes missing then you will be required to cover the costs of the product. 

Please note that all jewellery and face masks can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
