Delivery & Returns
Orders are sent out by First Class Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days of you placing the order, hopefully sooner! The standard delivery charge for most items is £3.99, some of the tees are cheaper. If you would like Next Day Delivery guaranteed then please contact me: email@example.com.
Tracking numbers are available upon request.
Please note: once the item is shown as delivered it is the customers responsibility to keep it safe. I can't offer refunds to damages or for items that are stolen from door steps once delivered.
For international orders there is a flat rate of £18.00. Please note that due to Brexit issues I can not currently ship orders to Europe. I am however shipping to Australia, New Zealand, South America and the US & Canada. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail, unfortunately, tracking information for overseas orders will not be available due to high costs. If you want your order to be tracked then you can pay the extra here . Please note that International orders are sometimes taking up to 4 or 5 weeks to arrive due to ongoing delays caused by Covid.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CORONA VIRUS STILL IMPACTING ROYAL MAIL, DELIVERY IS TAKING UP TO THREE WEEKS TO ARRIVE. If your parcel hasn't arrived after this time then please contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Refunds
If you don't wish to keep the item you purchased, then no problem, just please return the product, unworn and in it's original packaging, within 28 days. The postage back will be the customer's responsibility. The address for returns will be on a little slip inside your parcel. (Please remember to include your name or order number too, as I am processing 100's of orders & returns on a weekly basis and won't automatically remember if you messaged me!)
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SEE THE MONEY BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT. Thanks.
Please note that jewellery is non returnable for hygiene issues. Gift vouchers are also non returnable.
Please also note that I can not offer refunds to items that look like they have been damaged whilst opening, like slashes and scissor tip holes (I have many people requesting these!).
I really hope that your order arrives safely, but in the event of any products being faulty or incorrect, please contact me at: email@example.com with a photograph of the problem and let me know if you would like to be refunded or sent a replacement (free or charge).
PLEASE NOTE that at present I can't do exchanges (unless the item is faulty). You will be refunded in total if you return your item, then if you would like another size, please could you order again from my site.
The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of posting as if the parcel goes missing then you will be required to cover the costs of the product.
