Delivery & Returns
Delivery rates are calculated by weight. I try to send out orders as quickly as I can, and they should arrive within 3 - 5 working days.
All parcels are carefully packaged and can be gift wrapped on request for a small extra charge.
I really hope that your order arrives safely, but in the event of any products being faulty or incorrect, please contact me at: firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the problem and let me know if you would like to be refunded or sent a replacement (free or charge).
If you have changed your mind then no problem, just please return the product, unworn and in it's original packaging within 28 days. My returns address is on the bottom of the invoice that will be in your package. Or please contact me for it at at: email@example.com.
The cost of the return will be your responsibility.
Please note that all jewellery can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you would like to make an exchange, just contact me and I can arrange this for you. You will be responsible for returning the product to me, but I will send out the exchanged product free of charge.
