This recipe for Lamb Bhuna is by Nadia Hussain, the winner of The Great British Bake Off a few years ago. I tried it this week and it is SERIOUSLY delicious, and ridiculously easy! I did a veggie version for me with aubergine, brocolli and carrots, and swapped the lamb for chicken for my husband (only because I already had chicken in my fridge!). I didn't bother the naan bread, I served it with rice instead. Even the kids liked it! : - )
I doubled the recipe and kept half the paste in the fridge to use again a couple of days later. I REALLY recommend trying this!
