It's business as usual here on my site, but please note that the pandemic is still causing disruptions with Royal Mail, so you order might take longer to arrive, and apologies if you are still waiting for your parcel... in some areas they are taking up to a month to arrive. Cinammon and blueberry porridge

I find normal porridge a bit bland - this is my jazzed up version and I love it! Super healthy, super easy and super delicious! 
What you need: 
1 cup of oats (I tend to use gluten-free ones)
1 chopped banana
cup of blueberries
a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
cup of almond milk
1/2 dessert spoon of maple syrup
salt & pepper
What you do:
Add almond milk to some oats (just enough to submerge them) in a non-stick pan. Add chopped banana, blueberries, a teaspoon of cinnamon and heat through until cooked. Add a tiny pinch of salt, lots of black pepper (really!) and a dash of maple syrup and more cinnamon to taste.
