Help prevent the spread of colds!

I have just heard the most brilliant advice on the Jeremy Vine show: teach your kids to use their knuckles to press lift buttons etc rather than their fingers which they then put in their mouth thus catching an infection, and to sneeze and cough into the crook of their arm, as opposed to their hand and minimise spreading the infection to others. So simple but makes so much sense!
