Delicious & healthy ice-cream

To my surprise, my husband bought this home the other night! He loves ice-cream but knows the usual stuff is full of sugar and fat, so decided to treat himself to this. It's absolutely delicious! It's also diary-free, gluten-free and sugar-free. It also contains probiotic bacteria which I think is fab! Love it. He got it from the Co-op (it's on special offer!) but available from all the big supermarkets.
