These make a nice change from potato chips, and are healthier and tastier too - and so quick and easy to make! The kids love them. All you need is a packet of ready cooked polenta like the image below, available from any supermarket. Just slice up the polenta into chip like chunks and fry in olive oil until crispy. Season well and enjoy! You can try adding different herbs such as rosemary or thyme or mixed italian. Perfect with anything from sausages to salmon to steak. Fab to dip too! I also like mine as an accompaniment to a salad.
