Just been listening to Chris Evans talking to Mel Robbins, one of the most booked motivational speakers in the world and she gave a tip for how to make yourself feel calmer if you are feeling worried or anxious.
1. Put your hand on your heart.
2. Say I am okay.
3. Say I am safe.
4. Say I am loved.
