Healthy, filling & delicious snack

This snack is so satisfying and so easy to make!

What you need

A pack of mixed seeds (I get mine from the Co-op)

 

Sea salt & pepper

 

What you do

Heat the seeds in a frying pan on a medium heat, making sure they don't burn. Heat until they are just turning brown and some will be beginning to pop. Add a generous pinch of sea salt and pepper. 

Tip: for extra kick add some dried chill flakes!
