What you need:
A pack of silken tofu
What you do:
Cut the tofu into cubes around 1.5x1.5cm. Put a frying pan on the heat with a good knob of coconut oil. Pour some cornflour onto a plate and dip the tofu cubes into it (roll them about a bit so they are coated) and then add them to the hot oil. Fry them for around 5-10 mins until crispy then turn. Season well - tofu needs ALOT of salt and I like it sprinkled with white pepper.
