Having spent a large part of my life being sucked into thinking that the more expensive a product is, and the more complex ingredients it has, the better it is... but now I'm coming to the conclusion that less might be more after all (in life in general, but that's a blog for another time!). I am beginning to suspect that it's much better for the human body to be exposed to as few chemicals as possible.
My stomach used to be quite flat and toned before I had the kids, but no matter what I do now, or how much I exercise I do, I can't seem to get rid of the dimpley bits! I was recently seduced into buying a very expensive apparently 'miracle' anti-cellulite cream, and used it religiously for a few weeks... only to find no difference whatsover! Then I heard about this Elfa Pharm Green Pharmacy Oil which contains anti-cellulite cypress, juniper, lavender and lime oils, and I love it and swear it's done more than the other expensive one I was using! Plus it's only £4.95 and smells heavenly! Great for massaging too. Really recommend it. Available here.
