*Make Life Easier Tip no. 4: Instantly feel more awake!

If like me you take a while to feel awake in the mornings (I'm usually less zombie like by 11am!) you could try inhaling the vapour from a stick like this Vicks one below (Olbas also do a good version). The menthol, camphor and pine-needle oil not only smell amazing, they really make you feel more alert! If you suffer from hayfever or have a cold then it could really help unblock your nose and sinuses too. No hidden nasty chemicals and you can buy it from most supermarkets or chemists. I love these inhalers and use them whenever I feel I need perking up a bit! (Works wonders in preventing me nodding off during the kids homework... : - )
