No-faff cheese sauce

I love a cheese sauce but find it such a hassle making a 'real one' with flour, butter and milk etc. Instead I've conjured up a cheat's one that couldn't be simpler or quicker to make: simply heat double cream with a little cheddar cheese and season well! I add this to beetroot, cauliflower, leeks, pasta, in a lasagne and fish pie! Are you getting the impression yet that I am quite lazy?!
