This is just genius! The recipe is by Waitrose.
For adults: pour a splash of Cointreau into a tall glass. Pop blueberries into some canned Lychees, add them to the glass, the top up with equal quantities of Prosecco and cranberry juice.
For children: remove the Cointrea and swap the fizz for lemonade!
