Sleep aid...
My 6 year old daughter has had trouble going to sleep recently. A friend recommended I play some relaxing music and I found this collection of songs, Mindfulness Meditation in Harmony with Nature on iTunes, and it really seems to work! Could help not just kids but babies and adults too! I start playing it in her room while I am running the bath, with the curtains shut and with a low light - setting the scene for sleep. Got any other tips that might be helpful for people? Feel free to post below!
