I love a good burger, but being gluten free and vegetarian it's not always easy to find any at all, never mind ones that are also tasty! They are often a bit dry and processed. So i was over the moon to discover these in Sainsbury's recently! They are sooOOOOo good, absolutely delicious, and taste home made! These ones have a hint of indian spice about them, they also do a plainer version which are also delicious!
Serve in a gluten free bun with lashings of mayo, chutney (I like the Branston range), capers and lettuce, soooo good! Would be fab on the BBQ in the summer too! x
