I don't think I've had toned arms since I was a teenager and doing lots of competitive swimming...and I've decided this is the year that is going to change! I would love to wear a vest top and feel confident about my arms! So the mission has begun... I'm thinking that if I start now then perhaps they might be in good shape by the summer... I have no idea how long these things take!? Anyway, I found this guide which looks simple enough in Cosmo, and I've giving it a try!
